The Ten Million Dollar Check
They say we each have a story…
Jim Carrey has one (remember him?) Henriette Anne Klauser shared Jim’s story in her book, Write It Down, Make It Happen.
Way back in his ‘beginner’ days, Jim Carrey wrote a check for Ten Million Dollars. No big deal, right?
But, get this. He wrote the check out to himself. “For Services Rendered,” it said.
He carried the check with him — anticipating the day he would actually make that kind of money.
(He makes a lot more than that nowadays!) He literally ‘wrote down his dream.’
Jim kept the end goal in mind by carrying it with him. If you were to write down your dream, right now, what might it look like? What might represent your dream?
