Part 2:  Is Ghostwriting For Everyone?

No, ghostwriting is not for everyone.  I’d be lying if I said otherwise.  Here’s why…

This is a great ‘behind the scenes’ career for those who enjoy writing, but don’t want their names out there.

As a ghostwriter, you won’t need to put your name on anything.  You’re writing for internet marketers or other content publishers, so they’ll put their name on anything you write for them.  (Now, aren’t you relieved?)  :-)

But, not everyone who writes wants to be anonymous.  Some want their name out there, so they wouldn’t do well in the ghostwriting business.

However, those who learn the ropes and are willing to become great at what they do will likely do well as a ghostwriter.

You may be a good fit for ghostwriting if…

  • You’re a telecommuting mom who wants to earn extra income
  • You’re a baby boomer planning a future income
  • You’re having new career thoughts
  • You’re looking for a career from home, or a way to make money writing from home.
  • You’re a ‘wallflower’ who enjoys writing, but you prefer to stay “behind the scenes”
  • You’re interested in earning extra income for stay at home moms

Did you recognize yourself in any of the above?

If so, tune into Part 3, where we’ll answer the question, “What Will I Be Asked to Write, as a Ghostwriter?”  (Are you excited yet?)  :-)
